This is my go to place for all things electronic. Recently bought 2 cell phones and a laptop here...love them all. I like the fact that their sales force is salaried instead of commissioned. No up selling. Their purpose is to make YOU happy. It works.

They have a lot of great products if you know what your looking for. If you don't or have questions about the products besides the basic , then you're going to have a tough time. They know the basics but not much more. you may find someone who happens to be into what ever it is you have a question about, but that will be gift, dont expect it.

We always appreciate the helpful staff placed conveniently around the floor. The people working in a certain area seem to have a good grip on the technology they are working around, although you can tell you're getting the Best Buy company line about a purchase. It's also obvious at times they are pushing a certain brand or model over others. The checkout line is a maze that guides you around a bunch of junk you don't need, but I suppose people are buying it so you'll continue to walk by food and trinkets before you can pay. The in store pickup works great.

I went in a couple of days ago to get a new TV with my Tax return. The clerks were all quick and helpful for my visit, and my quick visit was just that! They knew exactly what I was looking for and got me the help I needed and on my way with speed and efficiency. I'd definitely recommend this store to friends & family!

The staff were amazing and were ready and willing to make sure my wife and I had a fantastic night. The food was on point, in great time and bested out expectations by a long shot. Amazing night.
