This is a great Best Buy store. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend them. I'm a student and needed a laptop and they were able to help me select the right one. I was especially impressed by Julia's help. I had just bought an expensive laptop and when I got home and had been setting it up, I experienced several glitches! I came back to the store and told Julia that my new laptop had been experiencing glitches and she made the process of exchanging it for the same type of laptop hassle free. I was impressed with how tactful she handled my situation. I now have a glitch free laptop that I absolutely love!!

I went in to return something at the Olympia mall Best Buy and they told me we're not doing returns until Monday but we will exchange it for the same item it's on our weekly ad how ever when I went to a different Best Buy I was told that wasn't the case and got a refund

Employee made me bag my own purchases. When I mentioned this was wrong she said “excuse me”. Never going back here again I’ll make the drive to Lacey.

Employees for the most part don't acknowledge customers. And if an employee that Is busy employees in another section will not help you. All around different vibe than bestbuy used to have. Example I stood by the apple products for 15 minutes and every employee that looked my way just looked the other way, and even walk past me without asking if I needed help or was being helped. Today I went into this store looking for monitors, the employee was busy with a customer, so I waited by the monitor I had questions about, I could see two employees less than 20 feet from me doing nothing but joking around. Somehow a very helpful employee came out of no where to assist me, if it wasn't for that guy God knows how long I would have waited.
