Excellent people working here.  Its Kiosk but they had the Surface Pro I needed for an exchange.  No problems. Great customer service. Super professionals. Its always the people make the store great.

Shopped here for my sister because she wanted a Surface Pro for college. They were EXTREMELY helpful throughout and very personel. Being a student she got a discount with the pen and the bundle (Intel i5, 128gb ssd, 4gb ram, type cover, and sleeve. The pen she got for $90 instead of $100 from school discount.) Recommend to ANYONE!!!

Lied to by the sales guy regarding the age to check out the virtual reality HTC VIVE. They wouldn't state what the required age to try the HTC VIVE. They wanted to know the child's age first and then they responded with an answer. I saw an 8 year old using the HTC VIVE on Thursday (6/29/17). They are selective in which customers are allowed access. I'm highly disappointed in the service received at this store in Westfield South Mall. No one asked to help me with the Surface until I came back a second time.  There won't be a third time at this location.

Worst service ever told me would order me a replacement pin one month nothing call tel number no help at all if you go there bend over and be ready

Not bad.  I unfortunately only use MS as my operating system.  Otherwise I don't care for their products.
