I went to AT&T and there was an hour wait so I decided to come to Best Buy because I knew I can give them my business for sure. Well, my interest was to upgrade on my cell phone. As my husband and I searched for what I needed we saw 2 associates return to the cell phone area. So we approached them and looked their way a few times to sort of hint we needed assistance. But, they looked at us and away. 

My husband had to yell hey can anyone help us? So the 2 girls mumbled to themselves and finally one volunteered to help. We explained I needed to upgrade. She did about 6 walks around the store to only come back with an attitude; walks over to the other two associates shares a few words and as we turn around I saw one associate say, there they are now. 

Finally, the sales associate Shanelle opens a cabinet to reach for the new phone (I think) and begins to type. I informed her we were no longer interested and walked out. 

This was a very bad experience!!!

My experience with this Best Buy location was very disappointing.  I went in right before all of the Black Friday & Cyber Monday craziness so it wasn't at all crowded.  As I entered, the person at the desk by the door asked if I needed help.  I said that I did, with a Fitbit.  No one ever came to help me, the shelves were not stocked in a way where the items were easy to find, and after a long while I was ready to give up and leave.  Then I just happened to notice on a top shelf the item I wanted.  Went to pay and had to wait for someone to come to the register.  I rated them 2 starts rather than 1 because they honored the price match with no hassle at all but I would not return to this location.

We had a very positive experience with our printer purchase at the store. We also shopped a large kitchen appliance and were surprised at how reasonable some of the prices were as well as the selection. Will probably shop there again but wish there was a store closer to our home.

AWFUL!!!  waited in line to pay while customer service agent stared straight at me knowing there was no one to check out at register.   He left and returned to his seat still looking straight at me  so naturally I thought he had called for someone to come to the register.   After a few more minutes of waiting, i asked if someone was on the way.   At that point, he said no, I would have to go to another line at store pick-up.   I told him the sign was clearly marked to go where I was standing for check out.   He said well store pick-up was checkout at the moment.   Needless to say, I left my $300 worth of merchandise on the unattended counter and walked out.   Too many options to pay for disrespect!!   Won't go back there.

Stood in line after cyber Monday... they had no employee at checkout! With ten customers deep 😂😂🤪. I had my 1 year old daughter with me who was sick of waiting too... sad they don’t care for customer service.
