THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I won't get into everything, but I will share the basics. The staff (management included) at this location are absolutely rude and unprofessional. I ordered a product, not once, but TWICE, and was told the first time that the high price item I purchased had been sold because of the company going into bankruptcy (after arguing with and being mocked by both managers of course). I then went to another location and the manager was able to straighten out the mess and give me a discount for the issues I have had thus far. I started this process on February 11, 2017 and here it is over a month later and I STILL have not received my entire purchase. I regret doing business with this company. I continue to hear excuses about how the company has filed bankruptcy and they have laid off a lot of people. Not my fault, not my problem. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone through customer service.

Found the refrigerator I wanted , great price ,in stock , free delivery & very good customer service ! They sell living room furniture also . Received my refrigerator on time , very nice young men unloaded & unpacked the unit , in perfect condition. The had to remove my door to bring it in to my kitchen but were very careful. My refrigerator was connected to the water & ready to go in under 15 minutes ! Very impressed with the service & my Whirlpool refrigerator.

Going out of business and says everything is on sale up to 30% off. They are taking all the tags down so you can't see the price. Then when you finally track someone down they have to look it up in the computer. Even with them saying the stuff was 10% off I found it over $100.00 cheaper at Best Buy. Unless it is very heavily discounted I wouldn't be purchasing anything from here.

My wife bought a filter for our refrigerator from the store and when I installed it, I noticed it was far too easy to push in and didn't have the normal resistance I usually feel when replacing our filter. We ran the water longer than normal and it never ran clear. When she went back to exchange it because it was defective, the manager refused to take it back, even though they have a 30 day return policy. "Not for filters," was his reply and he just shook his head and walked off when she pointed out that it was defective. We have since found the filter at Wal-mart and on Amazon, and will no longer do business with HH Gregg. With this sort of customer service, it's no wonder they're in bankruptcy.

On Sep 14, we bought a dining table set for a good deal. We were told that it was on back order BUT it will be in stock within 2 weeks: guaranteed! After a month of waiting, I walk into the store again. I talked to another sales rep and he guarantees again that it will be in with the next shipment next week. Well, it took over 2 months for me to receive a call telling me that the item came in. We couldn't have a full Thanksgiving dinner because we had no where to place the food. Since it took so long to receive the table, I go back in the store to schedule for a delivery instead of pickup. I spend about 45 minutes in the store because they charged my card wrong. After the transaction, I was told that I should receive the item ON Thursday. As a full-time worker, I won't be home to accept the delivery. So I hire and prepaid a house sitter for Thursday. Last night, I receive a text saying that there is a delay in the delivery, so I won't receive it until Friday. Well, I already paid for a house sitter and I can't call off of work. HHGREGG has been terrible in this entire process. It actually makes sense now as to why the parking lot is so empty during business hours. 1/10 Will never do business with a lying company again.
