This is worst hhgregg to buy from. I bought a really high end refrigerator from them and sales person sweet talked and gave all ***** information on when it will be delivered and all. I didnt get dlivery for 1 month. When i spoke to them, they sent me damaged floor model. When i again spoke to them, they told me they don't have anything in stock. For one month really. I canceled the order still ended up paying credit card bill on financing they provided. Now even though i have cancelled the order, even after 10 -15 days of cancellation, still financing card didnt get payment from hhgregg and i am still paying monthly payment. Worst company to buy from.

We went into hhgregg about a year ago to just browse what they had on a slow day (for sales). We were stalked and kind of harassed by an older salesman while there, which almost turned us off entirely from going there ever again. We had gone back for a Memorial Day sale since they were the only place that had the washer we needed (reversible washer door). We were helped immediately by someone who was knowledgeable, kind, and gave us a few discounts we may not have gotten with someone else. It actually turned out to be a good experience purchasing with them. The install was a bit tragic, no fault to hhgregg, so just remember that whenever you have someone installing appliances for you, that you watch them and make sure they have everything they need to complete the job in full, and that they do everything they are there to do.

Similar to other reviewers, I was met with 2 separate no-knowledge salesmen. Looking for a new refrigerator, I had done my research and one of my salesmen even gave me wrong information... "refrigerators are all a standard width, they are all going to be 36" wide... "

Our first salsman was nice, but got all of his information feom the tags, which had no dimensional information on them. 

Prices were pretty standard, but not good, and the showroom was a fairly average size. 

Only reason to go here is convenience if you live close.  Would not make a special trip here for sure.

The salesman was clueless and did not assist us when we wanted to buy something, only when we started looking. The evening manager had quite an attitude for some reason, it could have been due to the fact that he worked at hhgregg.
