I've purchased more high priced electronics here than most, im sure of it.
The selection is excellent. However, the computer sales associates are typically clueless about what they are selling.
It is insulting when you ask about a particular spec or feature and they carelessly attempt to assemble context clues based on what you asked and additional information you may volunteer to attempt what they believe is giving you the answer your looking for. So know what your looking for before you go, do your research - obviously their sales floor associates have not done any.
I am happy to say that I purchased a computer a few days ago and was astonished to meet a lady sales associate who REALLY knew what she was talking about. Way to go!
As for the store itself, the stock is great, they carry the high end products that are often not found in other locations. The store is well organized. I wish they stayed open later.

Most Staff appears more interested in their personal lives than customer service although there are a few staff members that care. Staff is not knowledgeable on products but that’s what YouTube is for. All in all I shop here regularly with the understanding that I have to do my own research.

Overall great experience shopping and just visiting personal friends with a bunch of the employees at this location they're always willing to help me not just because of my friend but because I'm also a customer who was wanting to spend their money there and from what I see from my standpoint I'm looking into the store and how the associates interact with other people they really take pride in what they do and able to help some customers

This location is A hot mess with uneducated employees that needs to be train correctly. Some of them don't know nothing when it comes to electronics and etc.I always have  to let them know which products is on Warranty and which that is not my job lol because I research before I come there. Rivergate location is better to me.... BEWARE!!!
