If I could leave no stars I would. Rude and uneducated staff, had to school there own manager on the policy that was handed to me on the receipt and still was not able to exchange, never had such a hard time trying to spend more money in a store. Then asked for manager and gm info and was not provided. Then security started to come up?? Sorry for being an educated articulate consumer. Paid for the extra warranty and it's not in the system, they can even find my original purchase, what good is the warranty now? What a joke!

Good service. Diagnosed my problem quickly and got the right part to fix the iPad.  Service new their stuff.

I just went here for a simple purchase and to let the Geek Squad trouble shoot my external hard drive. They arrived at the same conclusion that I did. I selected another hard drive with more capacity and appreciated the associate didn't try to sell me a higher priced one but actually agreed with my choice. Great bunch of people.

Store has a very good inventory on all areas, employees are attentive and very knowledgeable, specially in the Microsoft products. Also the employees in the mobile phone were more than accommodating with all our questions and concerns. Overall a great Best Buy with very good staff, I highly recommend this store.

I was pointed in a different direction by three separate employees for the same product. I obviously looked as if I was searching for something, but not a single person (there were several groups of employees standing together talking) offered any assistance. I sincerely suggest you order your product online and pick up; essentially you're on your own when you walk into the store, so why bother expecting any expertise?
