I'm glad Best Buy is surviving the current market challenges for retail stores.  Before purchasing a big ticket item like a TV or computer, I want to be able to see it. Best Buy offers a good range of products and brands.

Had to stop by before a family road trip to grab a CD. I'm so glad Best Buy still carry the latest releases. As a bonus I was able to grab a bag of jelly beans at the counter to complete my checklist for the road trip. Thanks Best Buy!

The employees are very helpful and friendly. I've never come across someone who was rude or ignored me. While their typically sales people, I never feel pressured or frustrated by their interaction with me.

My only issues with the store are the parking lot and the availability of the products. 

The parking lot is small and oddly narrow. It takes so much energy just to park that you hope they have what your looking for. 

Now that leads to the product availability, the more common items are usually in stock and easy to find but the most popular items cause an issue. They're rarely available without getting them shipped to the store. My last gripe is that the video game console is turned off more times than it's on. There were times where I came only to test drive a game but couldn't because the console was down.

Overall, I'd still recommends this Best Buy because they have good customer service and enhance my experience as a shopper but it's good to know what to expect before you step in blindly.

Sales people were great.  The person who sold my phone to me was extremely helpful and I was approached by other associates asking if I needed help as I walked around the store waiting for my old phone to transfer everything to my new phone.  It was a pleasant change from recent experiences at some other stores (not Best Buy) where I was completely ignored by employees.

Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Superb variety, organization & presentation of products. Excellent lighting & cleanliness. Overall comfortable & friendly ambient conducive to a pleasant shopping experience. AWESOME!
