I work from home as a remote computer technician - it was important to me to find a telephone with 2 lines and have the ability to wear a headset for helping customers by phone and remotely . I had ideas of what I wanted but when I got to the store - I found better opinions and when I reached out to a employee on the sales floor - I was blown away with a few opinions that I would have never thought of -if I had not spoke with him. Once I got home and set everything up - I was amazing that it worked so well and I sound even more professional with my work now. Thanks BestBuy Team Winter Garden

Bought washer and dryer at Best Buy Winter Garden Salesmen young man named Victor Luna was just wonderful and their In Home Advisor Rodney George came out to our home to make sure appliances would fit. Was an easy shopping experience. Just great.

Great experience. Went to the store late, just before the store closing time. The salesperson at the computer dept helped me find the monitor, showed a few other options and was very friendly processing my checkout, including the gift card, bonus points and credit card. A+

Return policy only 15 days. I bought a modem the sales person said would work for spectrum. Hooked it up spectrum said it wont work. Clerk best buy said you opened it and bought it over 15 days ago so you cant return it. I was so mad i left it and walked out.will never go into a best buy ever again. Ive spent thusands of dollars there in my life. No more. Amazon gets my future business.

Teddy at Samsung and Naomi at Signature are two of the best associates I've ever been assisted by. Both are friendly, very knowledgeable, and personable. I have purchased a refrigerator and washer & dryer from this store just because of the service I receive from these two outstanding people.
