Love this place cause they have everything I need to shoot videos and computer to laptops to have a work station  they never disappoint me when I need something to get my job done.

Worst experience I've ever had at a retail establishment. The Mobile Supervisor and the Store Manager refused to acknowledge a valid price match guarantee on an unlocked cell phone, claiming that ALL cell phones were exempt from price match guarantees. When I showed them the Best Buy terms and conditions stating that only contract cell phones were exempt, they LIED to me and told me that because they have a contract with a vendor for unlocked phones, they will not do a price match guarantee. What's even better is that it says on the phone's webpage that the company will honor Price Match Guarantee on that product. It was obvious that neither the Mobile Supervisor or Store Manager care about their customers. A quick call to the Best Buy customer service line and a friendly rep apologized and let me know that the store was wrong and promptly submitted a refund for the price match. The Sanford Best Buy will continue to lose customers if it never learns to actually start caring.

Pretty much a typical box store without any sale prices. I liked it better before it expanded into large appliances. Can get better prices almost anywhere else.

Nice store, adequately staffed and was offered help multiple times. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed my visit.
