Extremely slow service. The lines are always very long at any given time of they day. You might as well order the clothes on your phone and have it delivered.. They need to open more registers!

The clothing selection was limited expecally in the men's section. I did not pay much attention to the female section but the the selection still looked small.

They offered to me credit card. I opened that car but I paid cash 107$. After 2 months I receive letter about payment for 107$. I never used my credit card. They don't underestand what they are doing. When I call them they sad we don't know you have to call to customer service. When I call to customer service they sad call the store!!!???!!!???👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

We use to shop at old navy all the time but this location has poor inventory management. Long lines that don't seem to move.

Lines goes on and only one cashier why........ i never come here we use to have card old navy credit card closed it years ago hopping they got better nope so we came in Nope Go to target this place is sad
