My husband buys the majority of his dress clothes here for work, special occasions, etc. The quality is great and the clothing lasts, unlike buying cheaper brands (you get what you pay for). They have sales often and coupons, which is when we try to time our purchases. I felt compelled to write a review not because of the clothing (which is awesome) but the customer service! We have come to know Larry, one of the sales associates, and Giovanni, the store manager. They are always SO helpful, kind, and do their best to help us find what we’re looking for at the best prices. More than once I’ve had to go to the store solo with my young kids to pick out items for Christmas, family photos, birthday, etc. and am self conscious strolling around with a screaming baby, but they are incredibly good about it and even play with the baby to make her smile. I love shopping for my husband here and am looking forward to going back to do my Christmas shopping! Keep up the good work! :)

Went it with high expectations and ready to purchase 8 full suits for my wedding and was completely ignored. I waited in line for 10 min which was expected, but when I got the one and only person on the sales floor he said I had to meet with the “tuxedo guy” which was no where to be found. He apparently called him out and I waited another 10 min for someone until I lost my patience for their lack of service and willingness to help. I mentioned to the guy I was leaving for their lack of service and his response was “ok” while ignoring me and the “tuxedo” guy never came out.... extremely disappointed and they lost a pretty big sale.

We rented tux from the winter Garden Village Store for my sons wedding which was in St. Augustine Fl this past Sunday 10/22/17 My oldest son was in his younger brothers wedding party had went into the store on Wednesday to try on the tux. The coat was a little big so JAB overnighted another coat which I picked up on Friday morning as we were leaving for St. Augustine. Since everything else fit on Wednesday we didn't look into the bag until my son was getting ready for the wedding at 2;45 on Sunday afternoon. The wedding was at 6:00pm with pictures before the wedding. When my son went to open his tux bag and he realized the coat was there but the pants and shirt were missing. St. Augustine is approx. 2.5 hours from the Winter Garden Village store. In an absolute panic I called the store and they realized they had the other bag at the store with the pants and shirt in the bag. Only one person was working on Sunday so he called the store manager Giovanni Jimenez on his cell at his home. He went to the store, picked up the tux and drove 2+ hours to arrive 30 minutes before the wedding. Awesome customer service in what could have been a disaster. Thank you so much!!! The wedding was terrific!!
