Sloppy Store. Sloppy Management. smh...The store bathroom floor was full of feces and overflowing toilet. GROSS! Incompetent Management team that blatantly lies to (the customers) about delivery dates, availability of items being sold, and even sale prices. The price of items is often wrong at this location, but dont worry, it can be "adjusted" with manager approval to whatever price you desire at any time since they buy it "wholesale". Be careful at this place.

Awful. I bought a sectional on 12/31 with a 1/25 delivery, before moving to a location with no HHGregg. Not only did the sectional go "out of stock," no one called to say that the delivery had been canceled. My instincts told me to call the night before, otherwise I might never have known. When I called the store on 1/25, staff said the manager would call back but never did, so I called back. Was told maybe I could get another piece before my move, but I just canceled altogether. Not worth it.

Horrible horrible customer experience over the phone. A young lady with a strong Russian accent answered phone - she couldn't hear and asked me to call back. Not wasting my time and money going to just buy it on amazon.

HH Greg has the best deals for TV's from my research. Its always a good deal there and the staff is helpful.
