Absolutely terrible customer service.  Marked clearance and going out of business item was marked $400 more than Best Buy.  Do your due diligence, check prices while you're there to make sure you're getting a good deal or not.  Sales guys at this location is absolutely unprofessional and rude.  I can see why they're going out of business.  And when you call the toll free number for customer service, your call will be on hold for no less than 30 minutes to an hour at a time...  I would never shop here or would I recommend anyone.

After doing much comparable shopping, I decided to go to HH Gregg.  As owner of a home improvement company, I ordered a better quality dishwasher  because I could pick it up and install it myself and still save money.  The problem arose when I was told the machine would be in the store at 10:30 the day before Thanksgiving.  When I called at 10:30, my item was not at the store.  Later I spoke to someone at the store and was told it was on the truck being loaded with more merchandise; and it eventually did leave at 11:30.  So with a three hour trip with stops on the way, I eventually picked up my dishwasher late on Thanksgiving Evening.  The manager I spoke with was "had an attitude like I could care less about your problems", did not apologize, did not offer me anything for my troubles...but did actually help me load it on my truck.  He did mention that his "CHARGES"  were not to tell customers about delivery times... Isn't his job supposed to be communicating such facts and teaching his people such important information?  Needless to say, we will not be returning to that company at all for an further purchases.

By far the worst service I've ever received from a retail store. I ordered a appliance package and was never told that my refrigerator was on back order. I took off work on the day of the delivery only to find out the entire order was not in.  I had to cancel my installation which was scheduled for the next day (and i accrued cost for the cancellation). I waited on hold for 1 hour only for the "customer service" agents  not to solve the problem.  The store  blamed the warehouse and the warehouse blames the store. No one is accountable.  I would highly recommend Home Depot, Lowes, Sears or another company. Poor quality, and shockingly poor customer service.

I bought 2 tv's from them.  Good prices and friendly knowledgeable staff to assist. Smart tv wirks great.
