I had auto starter installed in my brand new van from this store. I thought these would be best place since they sell the products and have professionals installation. Guess not, they screwed up wires everywhere they opened the electric panel and left everything lose. I went to car mechanic afterwards and he showed me what they did to my car. I was furious to see my brand new car wires like they didn’t know what they were doing. Please do not go here if you love your car.

I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Beware their Geek Squad services at all costs. Brought a computer in that would not boot up properly after a new hard drive was installed. Computer was returned with the diagnosis that the newly installed hard drive was corrupt and that the computer due to its age was incompatible with the hard drive. Nothing they can do. Got charged their one time $150 service charge. Turns out that the new hard drive was improperly formatted and BIOS setting was off. Drive is fine. Computer is fine. Reached out to management and they'll refund $50. The other $100 is nonrefundable due to the diagnostics they performed which confirmed what I already told them (it would not boot) and which generated a diagnosis that was completely wrong. You are better off doing your own Internet research and solving your problems yourself. Or finding a more reputable IT provider. Their repair services are a joke.

Absolutely great. The salesman went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I understood the terms of the sale. It is because of this that I purchased the product.

They've got anything I want for my games like headphones, mouses, and newly released games. Although it's sometimes difficult to find a staff member who doesn't look busy either chatting with other workers or just simply helping out a customer. It makes me uncomfortable to approach to them when I need help.

Resolved an issue that was, ultimately, due to my inability to read. Customer service staff and the store manager was friendly and didn't make me feel like an idiot.
