Helpful staff, found what I came for, and it had a great sale price. Staff searched high and low for my speakers. Much more willing to go the extra mile than the staff at the Bailey's Crossroads location. It's too bad this location is only accessible from one direction on Route 7 through Tysons.

Great staff, good selection of products, and we'll knowledged associates. It's my only spot for shopping. I would recommend to open up their free rewards program account since you would earn points and receive dollars to spend, basically discounts and more. Love it!

I didn't receive anything for a survey on my receipt, but I wanted the employe who helped me to get recognized for the excellent customer service I recently received at the Vienna store. I talked to a Alex about purchasing a laptop and this guy really knew his stuff and was very patient in answering all my questions and giving me suggestions based on what I was looking for. I then had a couple of options in mind based on his suggestions and couldn’t really make my decsion. But he was very helpful in helping make my buying decision and showing me all the different bundles I could get. The whole thing took almost an hour and half and throughout this time he kept a smile on and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and product knowledge he had. This is the kind of service that makes me want to keep coming back into this store for all my technological purchases. I really appreciate your exceptional customer service, Alex! Keep up the great work.

I had one employee try to help me look for a product I could not find by myself in the store. He checked their system and saw one in stock so we went to check out where it would be. Couldn't find it, so he told us to try to order it online. I asked if he was sure that it couldn't be in the back since it said there was "one new" available. He said it's "probably a display model", although there was no display of it out. Almost left the store but decided to stop in the Magnolia section to look around before leaving. 
I must say, the staff in the Magnolia section is super helpful and friendly. They all checked in with me to see if I needed any help and one employee (John) was able to help me find the product that the other employee could not find... He went and checked their system for the inventory count and also saw there was one available--but he was determined to find it (and he did!). Found it in the overhead shelves for inventory overflow. He's also extremely knowledgeable in not just the Magnolia section but on products throughout the store.

Extremely disappointed by the first employee who helped me but the experience was absolutely redeemed by John in Magnolia. Will be happy to return to this location in the future.

Best location . Staff is very responsive , good collection of electronic gadgets. I would recommend this place for quick shopping. No parking problem .
