I had a Viper Smart Start installed to my 2016 Highlander Hybrid 2 years. The service and quality of the workmanship was fantastic and I could not be happier, in fact everything was completed while I waited. I plan on having the work done on another vehicle in a few days. 
Anyone who has never heard of the Viper Smart Start you’ll find it amazing that you can track the location of the vehicle at any point, track the speed of the vehicle when your child is driving while your home watching TV, also you can unlock the doors and start the vehicle from 20 miles away in case your child got locked out of the house on a cold day to keep warm because he lost his keys like mine did. 

I highly recommend Safe and Sound Mobile Electronics!!!

I needed a remote start for my car.  When I went in they explained the differences between all of the remote start products they sold. The previous place I used to go to pushed only one type of remote start (2-way 1 button). Safe and Sound educated me on the differences making me feel well informed to make my decision. 

I opted for the Smart Start without a remote and I made an appointment to have it installed. They finished earlier than they quoted and showed me how to use it. I actually had to come back to the store because my remote start stopped working a week later. They were extremely gracious and immediately began trouble shooting. They replaced my unit and sent me on my way. Unfortunately that replacement unit didn’t work (I did not test it before I left) and I had to make another trip back. They immediately began troubleshooting it again, which they did more extensive tests to ensure it worked. 

Long story short they fixed the problem which was no fault of them, it was the actual product.  Both times I took it back they really went out of their way to solve my issue.  I will definitely come back to get more upgrades on my car from them.

It’s one thing to have a great experience when being sold a product. It’s more important to have support when you need help with your product and they delivered on that!

These guys are always helpful, even if you aren't buying anything from them.  Very professional and they do great work.

The Guys at the shop were nice. Very knowledgeable about prices and online prices. They have done a good job at explaining warranties and the differences between the companies. The guys even priced matched online for me. I don't know about these other reviews but my experience was a good one.

Very good service. Well trained staff. Helped me when I needed it most. They will never back down from a challenge and charge you only for what is needed to be done and nothing more.
