Was not expecting the excellent customer service I received. And they price matched a super low Amazon price cheerfully and easily. I picked up what I needed on the way home from the gym adding only 10 minutes to my day and had what I needed to complete an car audio install without delay. Definitely a better option than Amazon.

Great location, needs sober employees. The kid we dealt with tonight was too high to deal with customers- he acted like we were speaking another language when we tried to use a Best Buy coupon.

When the coupon didn't work, he told us it was expired (it wasn't- we showed him the expiration date) and we should purchase the $90 item without it. He then told us the coupon probably excluded the item we chose (it didn't, we read the fine print) and that we should purchase the item without the discount. He continued to make up incorrect reasons the coupon wasn't working, and I finally had a manager intervene - the manager explained that he hadn't charged the transaction correctly in the first place. The entire thing was a lot more hassle than I expected! Kudos to the manager for immediately seeing the problem and fixing it. I think if the employee had been firing on all cylinders this would have been a great experience.

I like that the sales force is not on commission. They are salaried. No one tries to upsell you to things you don't want or need. If one person can find an answer to your question, they'll get someone who can. I just bought a refurbished computer from there and saved about $200 over the competition. PLUS, I'll get a portion of that back in rewards.

Friendly and helpful employees and very near and organized. My only real problem is I went in this evening specifically for a case and glass screen protector for my samsung galaxy s7, and they had one single case and one screen protector, and the total cost would have come out over $70. For a 'cheap' phone case, and an admittedly quality screen protector, that price is still outrageous. Lack of selection, overpriced. 10/10 will not return for any cell phone related products.
