Went the day before thanksgiving to order a bed that raises your head or feet I call them hospital beds. My 11 year old had just been diagnosed with cancer (ALL) when we went the salesperson told us to wait until Friday for a better deal, we explained the situation and did not care about a deal just needed ASAP he told us they had it in stock and could deliver it Tuesday after thanksgiving. We got a room ready on the main floor walking up and downstairs is very hard now, Tuesday comes son is in hospital getting a transfusion we are waiting they stated on Monday between 12:15 to 3:30 fine Tuesday at 3:30 we call to find out an updated time that is when we learn that it's on back order and be in 3 weeks all I could say was "WHAT THE F---" canceled the order went to another store they will deliver it Wednesday. Karma is a bit-- and I hope it bites the salesman in the as-.

Joe Valinotti makes this store worth shopping in. He is the best at computer optimizing and knowledge of product at this location. He is also trustworthy and today that is hard to find. He is a diamond in the rough here in PWCOUNTY. We are lucky. I will keep shopping here because of Joe.

Worst company I've ever done business with. We spent 1600 there one to have our order not show up on delivery day. Then their Corp set a new date in which the store called and canceled the evening before delivery. After their corporate office was closed. And said they can't give me a new date at this time causing me to cancel my order and not have furniture in time for the gathering I was buying it for.

Just cancelled my order with HHGregg. I ordered a fridge and microwave. On the day I ordered the items the sales person stated it would take between 2-3 weeks for the items to come in. I said ok, and bought the items. He also stated that I could get the delivery date in about a week. So I called the store to ask for the delivery date. I work in sales, so I understand the difficulty the reps deal with, but HHGregg should really consider putting some training into the people they hire. The person that answered the phone left the impression that it was a bothersome that I asked him to look up the delivery. It also seems like he took pleasure in telling me that there was no way he could give me a delivery date. I asked to speak to the manager. Once on the phone with the manager he stated that it could take up to six weeks or more to get the fridge in, but he was not sure and that the sales person should not have stated it would be between 2-3 weeks. I can't believe HHGregg would sell a product with out knowing when it would be delivered. I tried calling their corporate customer service desk, but I might have had better luck trying to contact the Obamas at the White House. Buyer Beware: a very unprofessional staff at this location and a weak management. I recommend you buy you products somewhere else! Most of the other places will match their prices....

Very poor customer service!!! I went to HHGreggs to price an entire suite of kitchen appliances. I wanted to purchase a refrigerator, double oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. I figured the salesman would be excited to sell so much at one time. The guy looked like he was annoyed that I was there and would only give me one or two word answers to my questions. He had no idea how to sell appliances. I just got fed up and left. Spent $10,000.00 plus at Sears about an hour later since there was much better service there. I will not go back to HHGregg. Apparently they don't want you there.
