The salesman was knowledgeable about his laptops. He knew features without just reading a sign for us. We were in and out quickly, which doesn't always happen at Christmas time.

Don't ever go here for services provided by geek squad. Purchased a remote start system for my 2012 elantra. My brother had the same system purchased for his 1996 Lexus, which ended up needing more compatibility parts due to its age. So tell me how my car took SIX hours and my brothers took 3. We were both quoted 2 hours. Went to the store after not hearing back for hours.  Found my car still in pieces sitting outside while they worked on another vehicle. Finally took my car home after having to drive an hour and a half to the closest location. Turns out my lights weren't wired properly with the system. So I had to make ANOTHER appointment to drive 1.5 hours to have it fixed. Here I am 3 hours after my appointment time and my car is still sitting in the same spot it was left in. Hasn't been touched. All for a wiring issue that was quoted 20 min to fix.

Needed a new phone asap cause mine died. Found it, activated, and out the door with no issues. Very impressed.
