Looked for a clothes washer which we found in the Best Buy early Black Friday brochure, just to see it in-person. It was almost closing time, and fairly busy. Eddie saw us, said he would be back as soon as possible to help us, (he was actually working in another capacity). The washer wasn't in store, but he went over the features and showed us a similar item, then he took us to the computer dept, and he did the same there. We bought the washer and computer, because of his assistance - thank you, Eddie, it was worth the wait!

If you're a gamer, their gamers club unlocked is wonderful for purchasing games. However, this particular Best Buy is pretty average. I waited half an hour one time just to purchase one game, while trading some in at guest services. The employee didn't bother to call backup until five people got in line (and it was fairly obvious that his customer was going to take awhile).

Michelle is the reason we continue to shop at Best Buy! Great customer service! She was very knowledgeable and patient with us.  She never rushed us, took time to answer ALL of our questions. We'll be back again soon!

Wanted to buy a router and a modem. Employees were walking around the store and when we asked them for help it seemed an inconvenience to them. One guy even huffed becausee he had to point in the direction I should go. I asked someone at the counter for help. They said they would send someone right over. People kept walking past us and never helped at all. 10 minutes later we just left.

Stood in front of 4 different sale associates patiently waiting for help and was ignored everytime. Blu ray player selection is actually laughable. Left without buying anything, and I have no problem driving an extra few minutes out of my way to never go back to this store.
