This location has been helpful in the past. I was totally surprised this Christmas shopping season, although. One personnel in particular was so very helpful. He gave me his undivided attention, gave good advise about the items I was considering and made sure he helped show me the items exact location. Had he not have gone out of his way, I would not have chosen the correct items. Unless I have to go to another location due to in stock items, I will only deal with this particular location.

My daughter and I needed to get AT&T service on our LG phones so we first went to AT&T and sat in the Que for an hour and forty min. Then they passed us over because we were only buying sims. Needless to say we walked out. I remembered being to Best Buy had Reps from different carriers there. I went right over to the phone section and they had the rep come over. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and fast. In less than a half an hour he had both phones up and running. I will never go back to an AT&T store again. On top of that the store was well stocked the prices were great and there bathrooms were extra fresh and clean.

Best Buy's customer service as a whole has been null for a long time now and this store seems to be no exception. No one seems to be able to help you as they stand around and talk. No one works in any department nor can they locate someone who might be able to help. I was buying security cameras and the gentleman who finally came to help told me I must not have looked hard enough because it was right there, it wasn't. Matter of fact, it was locked up in the back. I also had questions about the product that he couldn't even try to help me with, just saying he was unsure for most and then gave me incorrect information for others. I found some of the answers myself online while we waited over 30 minutes for to even tell me he had found it and they were verifying everything was there. I had $900 in merchandise and received a price match on an item. My decision to by a protection plan for that item cost me a 10 min wait to locate a manager since the cashier kept telling me I was buying it but it may not cover it because I had a price match. The manager finally got there and said all it was telling her that there was a lower price plan due to the change. I spent over an hour in a store that I drove 20 miles (past 2 other stores) because they were the only one who had the item I needed. In the end, I returned all of my items to my local store and split my purchase between Costco and Amazon. I ended up with more and spent $100 less doing it. I think I'll save my purchases for online only if I buy anything at all from Best Buy in the future.

Their employees have always made me feel like I’m the only person in the store and have helped me every time I’ve gone in.  

They ad match every sale item so I don’t have to run all over town hitting other store’s sales.

Their stores are always immaculate and well presented.

I love my Best Buy at Thunderbird and I 17!!

One of the less busy Best Buys out there, probably not much helped by the difficult entrance and the destination electronics store down the street in Thunderbird. But, once inside it is spacious and well staffed.
Pro Tip: There's a great Greek lunch spot around the corner of the building on the right facing the store.
