Great refrigerator buying experience! Our salesman,  John Price, was very low key- not pushy, very knowledgeable. We got a fair price, same price as we found at Home Depot & Lowes. Best thing was they delivered in 2 days and everyone else said it would take 7-10 days! The delivery guys were clean, fast, knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and we plan to go back when we are ready to get the matching appliances!

The thing I liked the absolute most was the NO PRESSURE salesman. He was very professional and gave us space to think and discuss. He answered our questions and made the process painless. Very happy with the delivery as well. They called when they said they would and they were courteous and clean upon delivery. Everything looks great.

Bad experience for us.   Purchased a washer and dryer.  Was told by the salesman our old bases would work. He said if it wasn’t a perfect fit we could just put a rug or mat under them       like it was no big deal and an easy option.  On delivery, The installation guys said they would not work.  
Called our salesman and he says he told us they “may not work and he told us that if they didn’t work we would just have to come back and buy the new bases “   I do hate it when I am lied to.  First lied at the store. Then lied about what he said.

The three gentleman that delivered our four appliances were outstanding! They were careful not to ding the walls & they were  extremely  professional.  They had great personalities and truly cared about the service they were providing. I would recommend Spencers delivery.  We were  100% satisfied!

Great place to purchase quality appliances at very competitive prices. I worked with the sales manager Patrick Gleason. He was great and the install people were first class. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience.
