Best Buy 19th St and Camelback.

Don't buy your Apple products from this store. They really don't know up or down with this product line. We wanted to purchase Open Line iPhone 8 Plus but they needed a phone number to complete the transaction. We asked them thoroughly if this will change their "open" status, they strongly said that it won't. Lo and Behold, it locked it to 1 carrier. Stole $35 out from my pocket for irrevocable restocking fee due to no fault of mine. This is 1 expensive negative review. Don't pity me. Pity the next fool trusting non-Apple employees with Apple products.

I stood in this best buy for 10 minutes waving my hands trying to get help. And nobody greeted me. Nobody asked if I needed help. Nothing they just the geeks who know better? But don't have customer support? I don't understand. I'm trying to give your company money. But you guys don't seem to want it from me.

I used to love best buy until I moved to Phoenix. Not just this best buy, it seems every one in this area. I have to hunt people down, and none of them seem to know the answers to my questions or where anything is in the store. They do try! Which is what I appreciate, they're usually pretty nice. Just very uneducated and their jobs and departments (obviously not everyone there but I have not been introduced to many competent employees at these stores). I'll be going elsewhere to get my electronics whenever possible.

There was this one guy named Miguel, but gonna call him Miguelito cause he was an amazing worker and I just randomly nicknamed him that, even tho he couldn't help us, since it was out of his control, he still went out of his way to find out an item for us, legit good customer service. Ask for that guy, very optimistic, such a good vibe. Good shopping experience 👍Let this guy know if you see this review. Share.

Its Best Buy, they have what you need when you cant wait for it to come in the mail. The staff is usually helpful, the phone department was amazing! probably the most helpful!
