My daughter ordered a TV online for pickup in the store. Note : be careful because it will reset your store.
They send you an email to let you know when your product is ready for pickup we went to the wrong store and then had to go to another store clear on the other side of town. When we got there the product wasn't waiting for us to pick it up he had to call we had to sit around waiting for them to bring it the kid run it out to put in the car we thank him he never wants no you're welcome nothing he did not even acknowledge that you spoke to him. So they need to step up their game when you order something online and you get an email saying it's ready for pickup it should be ready for pickup. And it would be nice if their employees credit knowledge when you speak to them I know he heard her talk to him he just didn't say anything back. Manners go a long way

Immediate help was available when I passed through the cell phone section but I am not ready for a new phone. I entered Best Buy to look at cameras and possibly a camera mount in order to mount a camera in my car. I found several mounts on my own after about 7 or 8 minutes but nothing that might work. No clerk came by to help while I spent another 5 minutes or so reading labels. I decided to leave and ask some mechanic friends for suggestions.
Nice clean store with excellent displays.

This best buy store is not good. They set a appointment for me today at 7.40 pm to replace my battery and when i camed they said you have to wait till store closes and or probably have to leave the phone tonight and the lady said if you come after 6.00 pm you have to leave the phone for whole night which they didnt mentioned while setting up the appointment. I just cancelled my appointment and was very disappointed as this is the second i came to store and cant have the battery replaced

Great collection of electronics. They pretty much have everything you find online. Neatly aligned. Service was great! Ended up buying a  sound bar with woofer.

HORRIBLE customer service at the pickup counter. I ordered a benq projector in store myself, under my fiancé’s acct (which is tied to my email). I made it a point to ask the representative that helped me purchase if I would be able to pick the item up considering my Fiancé works out of town for weeks at a time. I was assured yes we do it all the time, present the receipt and the email you receive notifying you it is in for pick up. 

Today I tried to pick up my item however was abruptly turned down bc I was a woman and the package name was under a mans. The lady working the counter (heavier set with a long slicked back pony tail) TERRIBLY HORRIFIC at her job continued to argue with me and insist I was wrong as I explained the above, she told me I would have to contact my fiancé have him submit a form online stating I can receive the package and then it would have to be relabled under my name, which could take a few days she stated. 
I asked for a manager - I was greeted politely by the manager who explained it was not possible to release the package to me even though I purchased it? I provided a receipt, confirmation email, and my finances consent over the phone (which I was told “does not count - it doesn’t work that way here”) I then proceeded to ask for a return as I didn’t not find this convienent or appropriate considering I was told in the beginning it’s not a problem for me to pick up the order. Ironically the order was processed for return under my request but they couldn’t release the order to me for pickup. 

I will no longer be purchasing through best buy. Amazon Prime will have the exact model projector to me tomorrow for $100 cheaper when I waited 2 weeks for the order through best buy.
