Hello I am a former employee of this best buy. The employees are less caring now because of how much work they have to do and the late nights they work to keep the store working. I do agree they need more cashiers. When I first started I was extremely excited to work for them but my joy was killed very quickly. I was yelled at not once but twice for making one mistake for something I wasn't trained to do but was told to do. They have to many people in control that don't want to do their job anymore so they have their employees do it. Now I'm not saying they are bad bosses they are humans too. They do need some anger management as they will have a temper tantrum over very little things. But they try. I personally think the best thing is to have upper management to come In and do a full inspection without anyone knowing. I don't regret working for them I wish I got the job I ask for instead of what they pick but it's fine and I understand they put me where I was needed.

The store is overall suitable, I usually order my things online for the pick up option. But it would be wrong not to shed light on the great, out-of-the way service I received today. This time I actually went to the location because I was looking to get a new phone and the cell-phone department associate Danny was on point. Was very insightful, and helpful. From the moment I said I was unsure of which carrier was better in the area to him personally syncing the new phone after checkout, he was exceptional. I usually don't write reviews but again, it would wrong not to shed light on that.

We were in to buy two Samsung Notebooks and the Department Supervisor took GREAT care of us and gave us good solid advice. Later I was back in to get a service agreement on my laptop and that was also a great experience. Last week we had a second home visit from the Geek Squad, who once again sent us John...he was knowlegeable, patient, and courteous. We love the one stop shopping and problem solution provided by this Best Buy!!!!

Worst best buy ever. If you are ever in a life or death situation. And your told you need to call someone and if they answer you die. Bartonsville best buy is your life line.

Super friendly, helpful, and informative staff and Geek Squad definitely contributes to that as well. My favorite place for any tech support!
