Brought in  family member's computer for the geek squad to assess. Was running very slow despite  updated router. Geek squad fixed all issues in a timely manner. Very polite, competent and friendly.  I highly recommend using their services! Check out the "open box " specials.  Great deals!

These guys are awesome. I met with David and bought my first sound bar. He answered all my questions with patience and I ended up buying it. I even tested all the sound bars in the showroom. I bought the best one and it’s damn good.

Make sure you guys buy with extended warranty.

After 2 weeks:

I’ve returned the sound bar. Started to see Bluetooth issues. 

Please stay away.

I stop in asnd shop at best buy often mostly for electrics head phones movies phones smart watches etc. They almost always have what I'm looking for or can point med in the right direction as to where I can get my hands on a particular item.  Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful with out being pushy. I stop in even if I don't need anything to see if they have some of interest.

Dave, the Samsung TV Expert, was gracious enough to take time to help me with a tablet purchase that I knew little about. He was professional, knowledgeable, stoic, energetic, and very patient. After he had gone to the trouble of climbing a large ladder to retrieve my product, I realized I wanted another color, and he was more than happy to accommodate my carelessness. He satisfied my all of my needs in a way that another man, especially one working in customer service, has never done before. Dave is a good man, and thorough.

I would like to acknowledge Logan for a service award.  He sold me a CD player today.  I had many questions about how to hook it up to my surround sound system.  He was so very helpful. He was courteous, competent,  and a real asset to your staff.  Kudos to him!
