I ordered a washer/dryer online that can be stacked side by side. I didn think i would need an additional part but apparently you do. The space i have to use they have to be stacked . I have the dryer sitting in my living room and Larry , MGR, went out of his way and personally drove to 6 six different stores to  find me the part !  They will be making a second trip to my house free of charge to set everything up!!!    well apparently the second trip isnt happening i keep getting the run around....

I went into hhgregg to buy a tv and I wasn't sure what kind or size I wanted. The sales person Jay was so helpful and knowledgeable about the different kinds of tvs.  he explained each one to me and  helped me pick the perfect tv for my living room. Also showed me furniture I didn't know hhgregg even sold.

This was our second major purchase from HH Gregg at the Wyoming Valley Mall, and never had such great service from sales all the way to the professional delivery. Thank you for such a great experience!! Looking forward to purchasing our next item.

I had bought a dryer up there for $400 and the extended warranty for $109, I went with there payment plan and they tell u that at any time u can put extra money on it so when I went too she told me No that's not how it works...and yet if not paid off in 3 months the plan changes and I'll owe an extra $200 more ...well if I can't pay extra $$$$ on it I can never pay it off in the 3 months ...So they make out an extra $200 on me , plus the $200 down for their fee's!!!!  Total price is $900 in the end!!! WTF.....BIG BIG MONEY SCAM!!!!

They are by far the worst people to deal with.As long as you are a buying customer they kiss your behind,but if you have a problem 2 months down the road they completely brush you off.The people they hire to install appliances are a joke.The pedestal for my washer was never installed properly so it broke....their fault according to the repairman that they sent.It has been 4 months and still they are giving me the run around. Maytag said that Hhgregg needs to replace it.I will be contacting our local news station they just love issues like this.I will never purchase one other item from these riff rafts.The pedestal was purchased in 2-6 2015 it has a one year warranty.My entire washer shakes because of this problem.
