Scottsdale, AZ 29 friends 3 reviews Share review Embed review Edit review 1/22/2018 I'd like to share my experience with an amazing employee, Clifton...Unable to find oven lights that fit and not enjoying cooking in the dark, I went to Spencer's on Scottsdale Rd. and asked for help.  Clifton went on line, tried to troubleshoot for me...when all to no avail, Clifton actually came to our home, spent an hour of his time and permanently fixed the problem, at no charge!:)  Clifton was a blessing and we so appreciate his efforts, going above and beyond.  I have also written a letter to his Mgr., John, as this is a young man who is loyal, ambitious and dedicated to his job and customers...how refreshing!  Thank you bunches, Clifton!!!  We have purchased all of our appliances at your store...will go to you if we need more and will highly recommend you to our family and friends who may need appliances.  Annamarie & Jeff

Spencer’s is top notch! The sales consultant , Dave Kollman, was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant. He led us in the right direction. Even after our purchase, he would help us whenever we needed something. Even though our refrigerator’s ice machine was defective, it was easy to contact Dave who contacted GE to set up the repair appointment. Tom, the repairman, was excellent too. He knew what to do, worked diligently, and replaced the ice machine. He is another polite and respectful man. Thank you for being the kind of store who has excellent sales consultants, a wide variety of appliances, and great prices! I highly recommend Spencer’s to everyone.

It was a pleasure working with Matt Osborn over the phone.....he was very knowledgeable regarding the products and ordered over the phone sight unseen. The refrigerator was delivered this morning and we love it. The young men that delivered it were very neat and efficient. Great experience and will highly recommend Spencer's to everyone!

What a wonderful group of young men that installed all my new appliances Saturday. Brandon was the lead, a very nice young man that represented Spencer's with professionalism and good customer service. His crew consisted of Brenden and Ronnie. They were very careful with all of our appliances while installing them. The oven came in with a dent in the bottom and Brandon and immediately called it in. Finally, I would like to thank Paul St. Onge, our salesman. He was very patient with out constant questions and I greatly appreciated that. Thank you all for the start to a good experience with out new home.

Our entire experience with Spencers’s Appliance was great. Don, who helped us choose our new GE Profile Advantium for our motor coach, was knowledgeable about the product and very courteous. He arranged delivery and installation for the next day. Rusty, the installer, called the morning of the delivery with the time he would arrive. He would have made it on time if it hadn’t been for the security at the Barrett -Jackson Auction gates. He had a very hard time gaining entrance and directions to the lot we were staying in. When Rusty arrived, he was very cheerful, courteous and set to work installing our appliance. We would highly recommend Spencer’s Appliance to anyone living in the area or traveling through.
