Great place to purchase electronics. The crew working in the Scottsdale store are awesome. I have recommended this store to many of my friends as well as people I have run into at Costco or Sames club. Recently I contacted Jeff about a problem with my Samsung 65" and he assured me what ever problem I was having would be addressed.

I had a great experience working with Brian Ehrlich. He was super helpful. I explained what I needed and he was attentive and patient. He found what I needed fast and never missed a beat. He included me in as we progressed and this was really beneficial.

I went in yesterday for the first time looking for a 10' and 6' HDMI cable. Turns out they were out of 6' cable, so the guy who helped me simply stated, "Looks like we're out of the 6' cable so how does two 10' cables for the price of two 6' cables sound?" Two 10-foot HDMI cables for $10.82 total, tax included? I'll take that deal any day. Great customer service, excellent way to solve an out-of-stock dilemma, I was impressed.

I had a lovely experience with Brian. I not only have purchased but have sent coworkers and friends as well. Of course I always say, ask for Brian. He has a plethora of knowledge on all the products and goes above and beyond. Plus, You can't beat the prices. He makes you feel important and that in today's age is rather rare.

These guys are awesome!!! Professional knowledgeable and just nice guys!  We purchased a 65” Samsung smart tv 3 years ago for an unbelievably low price and today a 49” for $300 bucks, unbelievable!!! Your getting the best manufacturers at amazing prices!!!
