I went in today with a cracked screen on my iPhone 6plus. I dropped it off and Mr. Coy worked very hard on it. It presented to be quite a challenge but he continued to try and ended up making an impossible fix, possible! And he covers all the repairs with a 14-day warranty. Thank you so much Cash In Electronics & Gaming!! Great customer service!

This was an overall terrible experience. The man who owns the store was unavailable for the first 30 minutes of my visit. It seems as if he does not thoroughly check the quality of the items he buys. I bought an iphone from this store a month ago and I have  already experienced problems due to the lackluster screen replacement job (no adhesive put on the edge of the screen to prevent water damage.) He is very snappy and unpleasant at times. The older woman was very kind though with pleasant conversation and courteous tendencies. 
As far as the prices they are fairly cheap but you get exactly what you pay for. My suggestion is spend the extra money elsewhere to get quality items so you do not end up like me where your product stops working in a month and there's nothing you can do about it.

I have bought a few phones from this place over the last few years. The phones worked great and the staff was very knowledgeable about their product. I will buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for good phone. They also have accessories for cheap.

Great place to buy a phone and other electronics.  I have been buying phones from Coy for 5 or 6 years and have had very good service. I had 1 problem and it was corrected guickly and satisfactory. I plan on buying my future phones from this store.

I bought my iPhone 6 Plus two years ago for a GREAT PRICE! And I still have it, it works fine and couldn't be any more happier!
