We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

LET THIS BE A WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THESE CON-ARTISTS!!! I wish I could give negative stars...but there isn't such an option. I was approved for YES Money and went into the store so happy to get a new living room (couch and recliner chair= $1200+) and bedroom set (king sized platform bed with nightstand, tv stand and dresser/mirror= $3200+). They had to do these on two different accounts (should have been red flag #1)...but whatever...I was given the option for unemployment insurance, which I thought was cool because if for some reason I lost my job (little did I know I would need this in the future), the company would take over my payments until I became employed again. I have been paying on these 2 accounts for nearly 2 years now and unfortunately did lose my job back in July of last year. I fell behind on my payments and after explaining to the company my situation and bringing up the unemployment insurance to possibly cover me until I found a new job, I was told that I never signed up for that so it was not an option for me nor did they have any other help available. I have been harassed through phone calls ever since, even if I am 1 day late. They started calling me up to 10 times a day as early as 7am and as late as 10:45pm to remind me that my payment is due. The customer service reps were all rude and I felt like I was being judged for coming upon hard times and not being able to make my payments on time always. They have called me so much that I literally have blocked all of their numbers!!! I finally got in touch with a nice and very informative customer service rep who was nice enough to explain to me the voluntary repossession way out of this "CON"tract. This is an option to give back the furniture for the company to sell at auction, with which the money they get for it will be accredited to your account and any remaining balance you will still be responsible for. I decided to think about that option and I called back a few days later to go ahead with this process. The rep I called was rude and did everything in her power to try and stop my decision to return the furniture, but when I ignored her rant and told her I really just wanted the furniture gone she transferred me to an even more obnoxious "manager" who was using all sorts of scare tactics to try and get me to refinance the furniture for a longer payment period instead of return the furniture. I disagreed and was told somebody would be in contact with me from there outside collections department and the call was ended. Might I add that during that phone call the "manager" told me that I had paid almost $3000 towards my bedroom set and $1000 on my living rom set....I asked "well how much is left then" and he told me that I still owed $2900 on the bedroom set that was supposed to be $3200 and some change and that I now owed $1600 on my living room set that was supposed to be $1200 and some change....please tell me how this makes ANY SENSE!!!! I said what the heck have I been paying $4000+ dollars to for the past 2 years then??? He told me I have been paying for convenience of having nice furniture.....SERIOUSLY?!?!?!?! I am now impatiently waiting for the outside collections department to call me to schedule pickup for this highly expensive and so not worth it furniture. I cannot wait to be done with this company for good! I will never go there again....they really are rude, disrespectful con-artists who do not care about you and lie to you every step of the way!

Can't stand an over pushy sales person. Constantly trying to run my credit. Was really just looking to see what was available in case of an emergency we NEEDED something. Now I will definitely not be back. Kept trying to leave and the salesman was still almost forceful placing himself between my family and I and the door.

Don't waste your time on trying to get price matching. On two different occasions I tried to get them to match Home Depot's price and they wouldn't do it. First it was for a fridge and now a dishwasher. Each time they had an excuse but to me price matching is price matching, either you do or you don't; they don't.

Daisie was great she helped us with our home needs and made sure that we were happy with our selections after they were delivered the very next day. The delivery people were very good at their jobs, they did what needed to be done very quickly and also made sure we were happy with the product and that there were no issues with the product before leaving. Overall I give them a five star rating because they have everything you could imagine at a price per month lower than Rent a Center or Aarons. I actually returned a product to Aaron's and got two things at Conn's for less than I was paying at Conn's. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have no customer service. Been 5 weeks and my problem is is not fixed. What is my problem. Got a tv stand with the hardware missing. 5 weeks later and multiple phone calls. My tv is still on the floor. I would not and will not recommend then! I now know why they are called CONNS! Don't say I didn't warn you.
