Love Best Buy price match and always good sales. Friendly staff. Not always as knowledgeable but will help you find an answer. Fayetteville store isn't as big as others I have been to but definitely serves its purpose. Best Buy is the Best for electronic purchases in a physical store.

Management here is also great and maybe best I have dealt with in a Best Buy store.

Recently purchased some new tv's and things here. I would like to see a nice rewards program, not linked to a store credit card. Over the years I have spent thousands on movies and electronics. Thank you for always having what I need. One suggestion I have is a corner in the store for all open box/ clearance/returned items. All in one location. A corner of the store. "Clearance corner" "Open box outlet". For some of us thrifty shoppers, we like to see all things cheaper in one place so we don't miss out on a deal. I may not specifically be looking for something but that doesn't mean I won't purchase something that is an incredible deal. I don't always have time to browse the entire store looking for a deal. Again just a suggestion. Thanks Best Buy!!!!

Extremely satisfied with a recent car stereo installation. Services provided and overall experience exceeded our expectations. Technician Darian did an outstanding job! He was professional, respectful, courtesy, and highly knowledgeable about the product and installation process. He also went the extra mile to ensure the interior of the vehicle was well maintained and clean upon return.

Their selection is ok-standard; I personally find this store to be overwhelming in both it's set-up, and the noise, and commotion... its just a bit over the top for a true introvert whom deeply values calm, peace, and solitude; even whilst shopping, so that I can think clearly. Plus, I'm the type of woman who likes to get in quickly,(so their parking lot is decent); then, find what the heck I want or need, & get away from the crowd asap! Tone down your hyped-up atmosphere a bit, Best Buy... & I might just shop at your store more often... not everyone is a crazy teen/hyped-up young 20-something tech indulgent person... widen your circumference of shoppers by considering and acting on taking my advice.

Best deals and prices. December got a TV and 3 Android phone and a drone kids loved it.  Feb got another phone ZTE Max class love love it. It was on sale, they price matched it and I was able to use my reward points which ended in an awesome unbeatable price of $48
