I have mixed feelings. Inside  the store the customer service was great. Everyone was patient and polite and so were the delivery staff, but no one was really doing their jobs. I paid for a stack kit and kept asking about extension pieces .They insisted it would come on delivery. It didn't! And now I'm waiting 4 days for the delivery service to return and do it properly. I have also had to run around town searching for my own extension materials . All which I can't be reimbursed for because the order was never done correctly in the first place! 😡This is unacceptable !!!

Terrible customer service!!! My order did not come in when it was supposed to. 3 times now I've been told a day that it was supposed to be there. Not only do I still not have my order but I have never gotten a phone call from them explaining what's going on. They say they'll call me after their truck arrives. Each day that it was supposed to be in I've had to call them to see what's going on and get the run around about why it isn't there yet. I've had 2 managers tell me they will personally call me when their truck gets there that day. I guess they don't think to actually call me because THEY STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER. Most of the employees are also rude and I felt like I was inconveniencing them to make a purchase.

Got a great deal on a Samsung washer and dryer with pedestals, but it took close to three months to get the entire shipment.  It took four deliveries and an additional five attempted deliveries to get everything without damage.  The managers would never come to the phone to assist with our issues.  We insisted to talking to either the store or assist store manager, but they would never come to the phone.  The automated delivery system was constantly wrong and contradicted what we were told by the store employees, who were also wrong.  We waited for many deliveries that never came.  Delivery drivers call more than three hours before the delivery and not the advertised 45 minutes.  This is a problem when you have a 10 AM delivery and get a call before 6 AM.

I just made my first and last purchase from them today. I have never in my life been so frustrated and disappointed in the way things are handled in my life. I can only hope that I don't have any issues with my merchandise. If the purchase is difficult can you imagine how service is. Dont waste your time. This is the worse idea i ever had in my life. Please do yourself a favor and go any where but here.
