Took a client who is blind and in a wheel chair to this location. Dustin was our customer service rep. He kept eye contact with my consumer who was also the customer. He did a great job helping her feel items and answering all of her questions.

I bought a washing machine in August 2016. I was offered $100 rebate (clearly stated on the invoice), card to arrive by mail. The card arrived, but $50 only. I phoned the customer service, was told everything was correct. Phoned the store, they promised to check and get back to me. They never did.

The above are just the raw facts. Judge for yourself. I will not be buying anything again from HH Gregg.

Sorry service and sales people don't know crap about anything.  Also, false advertising....

They schedule deliveries up until 9 pm in the evening. In my opinion this is very inconsiderate of them as it severely impacts their customers evenings. I understand some people may need this late delivery, so it could be offered as an option but normal business hours should be the norm. 

Take this into consideration when contemplating purchasing from HHGREGG.

Unbelievable how bad this company ran an online transaction. Order took 3 weeks to come into the store. I call the store and no one can find my order in the system. No one ever lets me know the appliance has arrived I have to call the 1-800 customer service number. Extremely long wait times on the phone. Never again will get a dime of my business!
