Party City is my store to go for all my party needs. This store on particular is very clean and easy to navigate. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

I went there at 8815.They closed at 900 until last Wednesday now its 830. When we walked in we were told to hurry up because they close at 830 now. We tried finding what we needed, asked for help and was told that we should come back when WE have more time? Any store I have been in if they close at 830 that means the door gets locked at 830 not that they need to get you out before 830. I don't remember the workers name but he had long hair tied up and I think he was the manager. I will never go back to that store again, he obviously doesn't care about making 💰 for company just not working more than he gets paid for!

Website says things are in stock, and when one gets there the store doesn't even carries the item. What a disappointment!!! 😔😒

This store sucks. Buying a costume is one of the rare things I'm not an expert at as compared to more manly type stuff. I needed help. I asked this black woman what they had in Mardi Gras costumes, she gave me a funny look and I said "Oh I'm sorry, I thought you worked here" then I tried to cover it up with the similarity to when Michelle Obama got offended that time someone asked her for help. She said she was offended. If someone asks me where something is in Lowe's I tell them where it is and I don't work there and I don't get offended. But where's the people that work in the Party City store to help customers. I saw a woman but I was kind of too PO'd to ask for help but finally did having to yell a ways away and she said she had to go to the front and would be back. So I just left. Beside the lousy customer service it's just the cheap crap at outrageous prices. I could get over the high prices if they'd just help ya. Maybe they do certain people but not my type of people. Shouldn't I be offended by that?
