This is my third time here. It's clean, comfortable and quiet.  The breakfast is above average for a free be. Staff is wonderful. It's not their fault I only gave them 4 stars, I'm just grumpy because they can't stop the  rain.

Drove cross country from cali to Maryland. I can't remember the first hotel I stayed at the first night. He last two nights I was going to stay at a super 8 motel and they say they are pet friendly but don't specify that they are only dog friendly. When I called the best western they person on the phone both times had been very polite and helpful. When when we actually got there the experience each time only got better. Definitely will try to only stay at best western location s in furture.

OK - Old style, updated nicely.
Nothing really wrong here. Rooms were nice, bathrooms fine. Nice, comfortable lobby. Breakfast was very good and breakfast room really nice. Very old, very slow elevator and no connection from room to lobby and breakfast. Must drive into Morristown, about seven miles, for a restaurant with a bar. Cracker Barrel right next door however.

Second floor you won't need elevator. Sounds strange but that's the way it is.

Fast check in when using the online pre check in. Made it so quick at the counter! Very pleasant staff, courteous  and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. They were able to accommodate a few special requests with zero issues! Overall great hotel experience and will definitely use this hotel again!

Great hotel. The grounds were very neat and clean. The curb appeal is excellent. Staff is great. Room was very clean and smelled clean. Breakfast presentation was more than I expected. The food was good but not great for what I had. My husband loved it. Would have given a ten but I have not found a ten yet. Well worth the money.
