Prices are great and the location is great. Free breakfast that was very tasty for the morning and the rooms were clean, beautiful, and the beds were super comfortable! The bathrooms were thankfully clean and it felt great taking a shower in there. I loved the fact that shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was up on the wall and you can take as much as you need instead of being given those tiny bottles. Only con is the sink didn't work well meaning water just stood there instead of going down the drain but that's an easy fix if they fix it. Great stay but now it's time to move on.

The room was clean and the beds were pretty comfy. The staff was nice. Unfortunately, the room was incredibly humid. We had to keep the air turned down way low and there was still a lot of moisture in the room. Everything just felt wet. Breakfast was pretty good but they ran out of coffee and we had to wait awhile for it to be refilled.

I liked this best western firstly for the friendly customer service, not only from the concierge, but from all employees. They did not have bananas at breakfast, but did have apples and oranges, and a good amount of food. The hotel does not have an elevator, but does have an outdoor fool, and decent fitness room. There are also several restaurants close by. They have shampoo and shower gel dispensers in the shower, but it hardly comes out at all.

An excellent staff, a quiet and comfortable room that was spotless. The 40" TV with all HD content was another plus. Breakfast was OK, but I have had better at other Best Western locations. I guess the guest count can have something to do with that. Another issue was finding the location in the first place. Google Maps had one inaccuracy which would have you getting off the freeway at the wrong exit. I ended up calling and getting excellent help from the gentleman on the front desk. A location I would definitely visit again - bow that I know how to find it.

The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to everything you would hope to find. The room was clean. My wife loves the pillows. The price was pretty good. For the things I didn't like: the bed was too firm, the curtains covered the AC so had to be pulled back for the room to cool off, the tub wouldn't drain properly, and lastly there is no elevator. My wife is disabled but we never get a disabled room just in case someone with worse conditions needs one. Climbing up and down the stairs hurts her. If you have problems you should request a ground floor room in advance.
