Very clean...very convenient to trolley stop (the old jail) .. it is about a 5 min walk. Traveled with my 11 year old son..very safe for children.The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was delicious. The front desk rep George... he was amazing... George was very knowledgeable, patient, courteous, accommodating. He worked every day I was there (3) and he was always pleasant. Thanks George 😀😀😀😀😀

The location was about ten minutes away from the amphitheatre with a few coffee places and restaurants beside it. Parking was a little difficult and cramped. We had to park across the walkway at the neighboring hotel. The appearance of the lobby and room was nice, well kept with very comfortable beds. The front desk called a few minutes after we got settled in to make sure everything was how we liked it. The room overall was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast room was neat. They provided a variety of food choices. I would recommend staying here in the future.

Very nice room and comfortable bed. BUT you need to pay for breakfast about $12.95. They charge too much. The manager name Rose at night is super nice. She is very polite, courteous and hospitable. I am from California. I would stay here again.

The most beautiful Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. The lobby was very elegant and the bar/restaurant area were very well appointed. If it's not too hot you can walk two blocks to the main downtown area.

Great knowledgeable staff. Stayed for 1 night due to an airbnb issue (on their dime)... There was a mix up with the reservation airbnb made but the holiday inn staff was very helpful. At check in Linda was amazing however the others i interacted with were not even friendly, just direct. Not unfriendly just... To the point :-)
