Stayed here for 2 nights. Very old hotel in need of updates. Room was fairly clean, just old. Bathtub and shower needs attention. No problem with parking, very close to nearby attractions, and reasonably priced. Breakfast consisted of breads, fruit, cereal, and yogurt. Not much to that. Would not recommend staying more than 2 nights. It was fine for what we needed, but for a longer stay, I'd go to a nicer place and pay more. It's true that you pay for what you get.

The hotel is a stop on the trolley route which is convenient. The hotel is old and in need of some detailed updates to floors mostly. The fridge in our room leaked water on the floor. They mopped it up and said it was fixed. We returned from dinner to find water again so it wasn't fixed. They offered us another room. We moved all of our things. About 3 in the morning the night staff banged on the door with the cops to get us out. We explained that we were moved by the day staff and why, and they left. The pool location is nice. It was acceptable for the location. If your on a budget and want to save money to spend on the trolley, tours, museums, shops and meals this is a great place to stay. It's in a touristy spot so expect to spend money for activities.

Very clean, very friendly, we had a horrible experience at another nearby Hotel so on a whim we look this place up and decided to book for the last 6 days of our vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the low price and how very nice the room was. The continental breakfast is very very good and the staff all around has been wonderful we would definitely stay here again. Also you're almost in the heart of everything or just a couple minute ride in the car. I definitely give this place five stars. very very pleased!!!

Stayed here last with my wife for an anniversary trip. We have stayed here one other time as well with our children. The location is great. It's a trolley stop for several of the trolley tour companies. It's also a reasonable walk to downtown St Augustine. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. It's a lower-priced property, but a good value.

My wife and I stayed here for a little get away. We stayed in room 148 . The room was clean my only criticism is the door could have fit a little better. The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about and there was a tip jar set out. The pool was clean and very nice. The best part was the 650 year old tree right outside our room simply amazing.
