I realize this place is going out of business in about a month but I thought I would go in get my bike a tuned up nonetheless. Worst idea ever! My brakes are messed up, the tires were not trued and my front tire is leaking. I asked for stan's in my tires as there are a lot of goats heads where I ride. I received slime in my tires without so much as a phone call apparently the store was out of stan's. I would have happily picked my bike up and gotten stan's at one of the many other bike shops. I was also told my bike would be completed Monday by 5 pm which it was not but they promised to have it done first thing on Tuesday. It was barley completed Tuesday by 5 pm and the work on it was horrible. I guess I will be going to get my bike tuned up again by a competent person.

I rented a Kona Precept from the folks at Wild Rose and had a great experience.   The bike was well maintained and the service excellent.  The front fork's lockout was a bit loose, so the mechanic, who knows his stuff, stopped what he was doing and added shock oil. Great LBS.

I work downtown and typically ride single track on my lunch breaks.  I've been to a few shops in the area and I've liked these guys the best.  Whether I walk in my shirt in tie after being in the office, or in my gear just after a ride, I'm always treated well.  My tune ups have all been great and you can ask these guys anything without getting arrogant superiority spin to it.
