Great company, down to earth, they've helped me out countless times. Most memorable is the time they returned a taco'd out mtb wheelset... totally my friend's fault and backcountry still returned them. Customer 4 lyfe.

Useless middlemen perpetuating outdoor consumerism, actively ruining the planet while mistreating their employees. (I'd say the Walmart of the outdoor industry if Moosejaw hadn't literally merged with them). 

Those lucky enough to be #goatworthy make maybe $11/hour for a few months before they're laid off. These corporate phonies pretend to care, but all they really care about is slimming down costs however necessary to boost precious margins. 

I've never worked there. But if you live in SLC for a couple years you'll meet a number of poor souls who've been duped by this lame excuse for a brand. 

Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere with real integrity.

This is one of the most untruthful companies I've ever seen....they sell products that state having a "lifetime warranty" and then leave u high and not to dry when you try to use it... the old town kayak I have was a gift to me by a family friend and back country stated "since I wasn't the original purchaser" that they would not fix the issue.....unreal.... a almost 1500 product and they refuse to stand behind it..... I can walk in the Bed Bath and Beyond and buy a $25 toaster and that's covered for life.... do you see the problem with this company? Do your research before you purchase anything from this company in-store or online, they obviously are big believers in the buyer beware mentality and take full advantage of it..
