Overall service is good. Loan department world with you very nicely, was late on some payments and they worked with me. Thank you. 

Now the bad, extremely over priced. Paid $13,000 for my vehicle and found my exact same vehicle at 3, THREE other places for $9,500. So price check before you buy. And there mechanic shop sucks, took in once, paid and arm and a leg and they didn't fix the problem, just the basic issue. So had to take elsewhere to have fixed. 

Overall recommendation, go elsewhere unless you get a killer deal.

Stephen was very pleasant and helpful getting me the vehicle I wanted. I didn't feel like he was looking down on me or treating me different because of my credit rating. It was so easy to get what I wanted and he helped me any way he could. Was very friendly and respectful. Pleasure doing business here.

I had already talked to a couple of other places and had no luck being able to buy a car. I knew Wheel City was pretty much guaranteed but I didn't realize how truly affordable it is. Dante is the guy that helped me out. He was fun to have around. Easy going and let me take the wheel so to speak. Gave a few suggestions and asked what I liked. Drove them around a couple times. Spent some time looking over the engines asking all kinds of detailed info. They even do reports to see if the car has ever been in an accident or damaged. Full disclosure...loved that for sure. He was just super great and such a help getting me into my new car. It wasn't a pushy kind of environment trying to get ya into a car you can barely afford. They truly do want to help you and get you into something within your price range. They negotiate payments to get as close to that dollar amount as possible.

Made me feel comfortable and no pressures in any way. A nice arrangement of vehicles. I was interested in easy financing and affordable payments. Worked hard with me to make sure I could leave with what I needed for myself and family today. Thank you very much.

My salesman was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything I didn’t want. He listened to what I said
and was very honest. Great positive experience with him here!
