Beware - ripoff attempt! Took my RAV-4 in for a wiper recall. Was told that my water pump was leaking - given a $435 repair estimate and encouraged to get it fixed. Had it checked by two additional, highly-competent service providers and.... what do you know??? Absolutely nothing wrong with the water pump. Really short-sighted attempt to scam a loyal customer. Do not trust these people!

I was refereed to Billion Toyota by a coworker and the salesperson I dealt with was a nice gentleman. My mother and I Purchased a used car on 7/17/17 trusting what we were told at face value only to come home and find out that we have essentially "agreed" to a warranty that cost almost two thousand dollars. The finance manager made it seem like he was doing us a favor and that he'd lower the APR by one percent and in return add a warranty for the same price, which sounded like a great idea so I said why not. I even thought to myself how nice of a gesture that was. It turns out the warranty is an additional $1,834 to the overall amount I was borrowing, and I now am looking to pay $30 more per month instead of the ~$5 I would have paid with the one percent more APR we originally agreed up on. He rushed us through the paperwork, and we didn't even think to look at the numbers, because it was closing time and we felt a bit rushed.. I wish I had taken the time to go over the 15 documents we signed before we left the building. Why employ such shady tactics when people come to you in good faith? You're already making money for selling me the car, which I am satisfied with in all accounts but this warranty stunt. I am very disappointed and will be telling my experience to everyone I know and on all social media platforms I have accounts on.

Get your vehicles fully checked over, especially Toyota Tundra's before your manufacturer warranty is up because rust comes up through the bottom of the truck box creating rust and holes along the entire bed.  If your out of warranty Toyota (or should I say the Billion Toyota manager) will not cover their product and factory defects.  We only have 50,000 miles on the vehicle, have given Robert LaBarge years of service, keep the vehicle well maintained and Billion treats their customers like that?  At least the Billion Toyota owners have their money, nice house and his things that they don't have to worry about their customers or product after the sale.  We've been faithful Toyota owners & it kills me not to drive them anymore but even though Billion auto owns all of Sioux Falls, SD I will never put another dime is their ruthless pocket!  Thanks for nothing Billion Toyota--beware to all..have pictures of vehicle if your like to see for your own safety.

Got an oil change here today. The waiting room was full of flies and had popcorn all over the floor. I got in for my scheduled appointment at 430, when i scheduled it, and didn't leave until 6, was there for an hour and a half. On top of that, when I left, I noticed there were now flies in my car as well... Pretty disappointing experience, will definitely look somewhere else next time...

If you want  to be treated poorly and talked down to, buy a vehicle from these guys. Through the years they have gotten really big heads and lost customer service. I have been working on a deal for a few weeks and today one of the managers said behind my back that I needed to pick a truck or they were going to kick me to the curb.  My salesman then tried to defend the manager by saying that if I didn't buy a truck I would be wasting his time.  I have purchased five trucks from Billion in the past and I can tell you that I will not purchase one ever again.  I literally had my financing in place and was ready to pull the trigger on a new truck today. I will be going to Corwin Toyota in Fargo from now on. 
Never forget where you came from.
