I liked the manager that helped me. I forgot her name but she was always helpful. I lost my car and I needed a new one right away for work. I walked in not hoping that I would even get a car that day but just saying well nothing to lose. I went in and said I will need a good running car that I don't have to worry breaking down. Got everything threw and I got a car with no money down. And they worked with me on the payments. They come right out of my check so I don't even have to worry at all. Now I will say I have worked on my credit and just recently had a hiccup on it so I won't say you all will get the same offer. They will work with you though. And at the same time they help build your. Credit and for people that don't even know what's that for. You better well say if you want anything nice like a great new car, home, or even credit cards. You need credit.

Got a Ford Fusion from this place. Only had 8 days and the car overheated and was leaking coolant and now we can't drive it. Couldn't get a refund for it nor get a loaner vehicle. So now I'm out of a car to drive and I have two kids. This is the most screwed up place ever and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone! Go to someone else! Not this place! I give this place 0 stars.

After having a bad experience with another auto dealership in Sioux Falls that offers help for people with credit issues I came to Carhop and had one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a used auto. Customer services was excellent and a wide range a vehicles to fit anyone's budget. I would highly recommend anyone looking to improve their credit and get a dependable vehicle to come see Teresa!!!

What a joke these people are. Won't give you prices on vehicles, they just want you to sign up and buy and then surprise you with the price. I'd never buy a vehicle from these morons.

I went to the car hop on Minnesota. Ave where I met the sales rep, Teresa. Teresa was great. She went above and beyond what was expected. Teresa was willing to stay past closing hours so we could drive away the same day we applied . I wish more businesses had such great Customer Service as Teresa demonstrated. Hats off to Teresa for excellent Customer Service!!
