I'm sure everyone has had a negative experience with a rude or pushy car salesman. Most don't seem to care about getting you into the right vehicle or even making sure the vehicle you want is something you can afford, they just want to make the sale. I am pleased to say that my experience with Cameron at Brothers Auto Sales today was exactly the opposite. When I found the perfect vehicle on their website, I used the online application tool to see if I could be approved for the financing I'd need. Cameron called me quickly after I submitted my application to get more details about what I was looking for in a vehicle, what issues there might be on my credit report, and really have a conversation with me. It was clear that he was listening to my needs and concerns and truly wanted to help. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not just a salesman. When I couldn't get approved for the financing I need, Cameron offered other options that might get me into the vehicle I fell in love with. Unfortunately it's not going to work for me right now, but when my circumstances change in a few months, there's no doubt I will be calling Brothers again. I lost a lot of trust in car salesman after a couple bad experiences, but Cameron restored that trust today. I appreciate the help he provided and the patience he displayed. I can't wait until I can be a purchasing customer supporting the integrity and success of this small business!

My husband call inquiring about about a certain vehicle class. Nick was  the salesman who answered his call. He call back 2 days later with a possible vehicle. We test drove the vehicle shortly after that return call. We were approved for the vehicle a couple of days later. Nick was awesome through the entire experience. He even said he would call us in a few days to see how things are going. Highly recommended

Awesome experience all the way around!  I was able to talk to my salesperson about a few Toyota Camrys that I was interested in and he was able to give me the info and perspective on each to help me make my decision.  I ended up with the right car and I was able to get an amazing price up front with out having to negotiate.  Adam was the guy who helped with my paperwork.  He was very professional and personal.  I didn't think buying a car could still be somewhat normal and fun.  I will be back again.  Thanks Josiah, Cameron, and Adam!

I was searching the internet for a couple weeks for a replacement vehicle. I found a vehicle at Brothers  Auto which I thought had a competitive price . I stop there the next day to check it out. Nick helped m.it was a real pleasure to work with him. There was no pressure like many of the other dealers in Sioux Falls. Once I decided to by that vehicle I was introduced to Adam who did a super job on the closing. The competitive pricing brought me into their dealership the first time. In the future I will contact Brothers when I start a search for a different vehicle. I know they have great cars and price them to sell. Great job Nick and Adam!

From the moment I walked in the door the sales team was amazing. Very educational on the vehicle I was purchasing, Walked us throw all the options this vehicle has to offer and showed us how to use everything. The team was friendly, funny, helpful, professional and more. I totally recommend this company, so if your looking check them out , you won't regret it. ~Bobbie
