This place has awesome staff. Any issues or concerns I have had about the car I bought from them has been taken care of promptly. They have done some repairs for free when I noticed some problems, like the brakes or my check engine light. I recommend this place if you want an affordable vehicle with great customer service.

I was sold a used car under the pretense of it having passed safety and emissions with no issues. I was told that it had running a/c and new tires, only later did I find out that the Master Cylinder was bad and that the ABS plug responsible for alerting you of an issue with the brakes or low fluids had been intentionally unplugged (which ultimately lead to my rear brakes seizing completely three months after purchasing the vehicle), the Emergency Brake didn't work (which would have to had to be operational in order to pass safety and emissions), the A/C wasn't even hooked up and didn't even have the belt for the system! The "new tires" that were on the vehicle only lasted four months of normal wear and tear (back and forth to work from Ogden to Layton) before needing to be replaced because the tread was so low.  In the last week I've had to replace the battery, the starter, and the ignition switch and I only purchased the car in November, I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from Bitton Auto Sales.

Very friendly people to deal with! My credit isn't the greatest, but I was able to get a vehicle here without feeling like I was being fooled into a sale.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE... saved up money to buy a car.. seen a car on their lot that I had drove past a few times, next step was to test drive it of course. Walked in probably mid July two years ago an there was a lady at the front desk an a man in a office off to the side with the door open talking to another man, it seemed to be casual an not about business, the man at the desk was very loud he seen me walk in an seen me standing there for at least ten minutes while he continued his casual conversation. He finally took the time after the other man in his office had left to come talk to me. I told him I would like to test drive the car that was for sale in the front of his lot.. this man had the nerve to say these exact words to me . No that's not gonna happen, I know u just need the car to go to an appointment or something.  .I was stunned literally deer in headlights. I walked in there expecting someone from the lot to drive with me on the test drive because that's what most dealerships do.. I was thinking in my head" IS THIS GUY FOR REAL! " I then told this irragant disrespectful man that I had come in a ride an wasn't seeking a ride. His words were " u don't even know how much it is" I said YES I DO THE PRICE IS ON THE WINDOW of the car.. DUH!! he then said well how much u got.. I turned around an said well I'm not buying a car from u NOW!! I left just amazed actually really shocked never been treated with such judgment an disrespect. I turned the company into the BBB shortly after that an was close to contacting an attorney.. I ended up going to a really nice place on 36th close to Washington on the left hand side an walked out with a beautiful 2008 mustang.. I just hope this man is not the owner or I hope if he's an employee he's been fired. I also hope their cars don't run like his mouth because he was talking alot of trash.. save yourself the drama..GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. UGH WORSE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Everything is good about this dealer we just had an error in communication i do recommend there prices are very good probably the best in ogden area 👍👍
