I am always very leery of car dealerships because I have been burned by them before.  Good-One-Auto was recommended to me by a work friend that knew I was looking for a new car for a reasonable price.  Initially I did not have a positive experience visiting this dealership.  But after expressing my concerns Trent took the time and genuine interest in trying to help us find a new vehicle.  He has followed up with me several times by phone and has been straight forward with his vehicles.  If you are looking for a new car at a reasonable price you should take a look at Good-One-Auto.

I bought a 2004 BMW 545I FROM them last Friday at 530 pm by 7 pm the check engine light, plus transmission fault do not drive warning came on and car sounds like it's gonna fall apart!!!! Them knowing I just lost everything in house fire including my cars and knowing I'm single mom that works 90 hours a payperiod sold me a lemon! I took it to auto repair shop and they said you bought this from Good One Auto? Didn't you? The mechanic says to me I told them it had transmissions problems!!! So they knew about the problems and just didn't care!!! So needless to say I owe 5,598 on a car I can't drive that's gonna cost me at 1500$ to fix!!!!! I put every penny down on it and only got up drive maybe 20 miles......

These guys were awesome! They were honest, and got me into a safe car for me and my kids, within an hour. I will definitely go through them to get my next car!!
