Our experience at Young Subaru has been nothing but positive. Our salesman was very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth, not fake as some can be. They went the extra mile to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. The customer service is amazing, everyone is so incredibly nice. From the moment you walk through the door (which someone opens for you and greets you at) you feel valued. The extra perks are great too: coffee machine, hot cocoa, snack box. The kids loved it. Also, they have a kids room with movies & toys to keep the little ones occupied. Even when my kids started getting a little restless the staff was still kind. I don't have anything negative to say about Young Subaru.

I've been in here a few times and I have never been let down! The staff is super friendly and quick to offer help. I had come in expecting the service to take 3-4 hours, but was pleasantly surprised that is would only take an hour and a half! Prompt and excellent service! Technicians are knowledgeable and I would only trust to get my Forester serviced here. Would definitely recommend others to come check them out.

I was happy with Garrett out sales guy, Austin the manager,  and Zach the finance guy. They were all nice and our process was pretty painless and quick. (For buying a car) Garrett even offered to go get food for us. I am happy with the service.

Nick is great! Very honest, respectful, and humorous personality. He deserves a raise, he will get out of his way to help you, he asked if i would like some food, drinks. I recommend going to nick, he will not let you down(:

I've never had a bad experience taking my Subaru to Young in Riverdale. I prefer to take my Forester here to get it serviced because I can trust the technicians and am always treated respectfully and the service is done promptly. Even though I didn't purchase the vehicle at this dealership, the staff here have been more than helpful in informing me of any issues with my vehicle without trying to put a hard sale on me to buy unneeded parts and repairs. The waiting area is nice and employees are courteous. Fast service and good quality. I thought bringing my car in on a holiday would be a bad move but I've pleasantly surprised with the speed of the service still.
